Follow these steps to get started with your device
Get startedTransfer music from your Android device to iTunes
1. | Connect your Android device to your computer using a USB cable. |
2. | On your computer, navigate to the file explorer. Then click on your device that is displaying. If you do not see your device in the list, check your device for a pop-up message or notification relating to USB connections. The message will vary between Android devices. Once you find the message, tap it and ensure that "Transfer files" or "Transfer media files" is selected from the available options. Please note: if you are using a mac, you will need to download Android File Transfer in order to complete steps 2 - 6.![]() |

5. | Click Music again.![]() |
6. | Select the music you would like to transfer by holding Ctrl (or Command for mac users) + left clicking on each track. Once you have finished selecting your tracks, with Ctrl still held, right click (or Ctrl + left click for mac users) and click Copy.![]() |
7. | Open iTunes, then click Preferences.![]() |
8. | Click Advanced.![]() |
9. | Make a note of the file location pathway listed under "iTunes media folder location".![]() |
10. | Return to file explorer and navigate to the iTunes media folder location that you made a note of. Once you are in the location, right click (or Ctrl + left click for mac users), then click Paste. This will now paste all of your music files from your Android device, to iTunes.![]() |
11. | Disconnect your Android device from the connected USB cable, then using another USB cable that will allow you to connect to your iPhone to a USB port, connect your iPhone to the computer. Open iTunes and click on your iPhone.![]() |

14. | Here, you have the option to select your entire music library or selected playlists, artists, albums and genres. Tap your preference using the available tick box selections.![]() |
