| If you're continuing to have issues with mobile data after checking your APN settings, here are some additional steps you can try: • Please make sure your device's Tesco Mobile SIM has been activated; all you need to do to activate your SIM is make a call to any number. • Check for service issues in your area here. • Make sure flight/airplane mode is turned off on your device. • Try turning your device off, removing the SIM, cleaning the gold contacts on the back, then reinserting it and turning your device on again. • It may even be worth trying near a window or another area of the building you're in. • If you have access to another unlocked device, try inserting your SIM into this device instead to see if the issue persists. • If none of the above works, you can order a replacement SIM by calling Tesco Mobile Customer Care on 0345 301 4455, or 4455 from your Tesco mobile. Remember to activate the replacement SIM when it arrives. |
