One-off charges (including Early upgrade fees and ETC’s)
| One-off charges are added to your monthly charges and will be billed directly from your account, with your monthly balance, on the agreed date. These one-off charges can include early upgrade fees, early termination costs or non-standard calls. Early upgrade fees Early upgrade fees are one-off charges that will appear on your bill. These occur when you've chosen to upgrade your phone before the end of your contract. Any early upgrade fees will appear under the "Adjustments, charges and credits" section of your bill. ETC (Early Termination Costs ETC (Early Termination Costs) are one-off charges that will appear on your bill. They're applied to your bill when you choose to finish your mobile contract early. ETCs will appear under the "Adjustments, charges and credits" section of your bill.  Non-standard calls and texts If you've used any of the following services in the last month and they're not included in your contract, you will have non-standard charges applied to your bill. These additional costs will appear under "User charges": • calls or texts to overseas numbers outside of our Home From Home destinations • using your phone abroad outside of our Home From Home destinations • calls to premium rate numbers • picture messages • video calls • competition entries or charity donations  |
