Monthly subscription
| Your monthly subscription is always billed in advance. The dates shown on your bill are the dates which your monthly allowances start and end. Your bill is then produced the next day and we will notify you when it’s ready to view. The dates shown on your bill are the dates which your monthly allowances were billed between. Your total cost may increase each April - Some of our basic monthly usage prices and basic monthly prices rise annually each April, in line with the CPI rate published each January, + 3.9% and you’ll be contacted by email or SMS if you are impacted by these increases.  |
