Does your phone support 4G Calling?
Following government legislation, our 3G network was switched off in 2025 to make way for faster and more reliable 4G/5G services.
To avoid connection issues on our network, you should use a 4G/5G compatible phone. You'll also need to enable a feature called 4G Calling (also known as VoLTE). Find out more
Your Huawei P30 Pro supports 4G Calling
Good news - your phone is a compatible 4G or 5G phone. So, after the 3G switch-off in 2025, you'll still be able to make and receive calls, send and receive texts, and use data without Wi-Fi.
If you haven't already, you'll need to turn on 4G Calling in your phone settings (see the instructions below - please be aware, 4G Calling may be called something different on your phone). You may also need to update your software to enable 4G Calling.
